Shipping Methods

All in stock products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We know how exciting it is to receive our products, that is why we will do our absolute best to ship the order to you as soon as possible.

We ship via USPS mail and the current shipping fee covers only domestic orders. If you are looking to ship internationally, please email us and we will make it happen!

Our curated gift boxes can be shipped within the 3-5 business days. But if you would prefer to postpone the shipping date or need the gift box on a particular day (birthdays and holidays!), please, leave a note during the checkout process.

We are excited to offer free delivery on island as well as free store pickup. Choose your option while placing your order, specifying the delivery address. You can pick up your order in our store at 5 Washington St. If you ordered a gift box, please, give us at least 30 minutes to work our magic on the box! Otherwise, just stop by during our open hours.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are on this page considering refunds and returns, it means you likely ordered a product from us. So we want to say big “thank you for your support!” Nothing makes us happier than our happy customers, and as such we promise to deliver amazing customer experience as well as awesome products. That said, here are some things you might need to know…
  • We are super proud to support artists and makers through offering their handmade works here at Gift and Box Nantucket. As with all handmade items, we want you to keep in mind that slight differences from the listing photo in color, dimensions, or silhouette may occur. These variations are a beautiful part of the process. No two products are alike. We hope you will enjoy your one-of-a-kind, handmade purchases.
  • You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, and we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment right away!
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item for our online and brick and mortar store credit or exchange from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep the item in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Email us prior to shipping the item back. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please, expect to receive an email from us!
  • If your return is approved, we will issue store credit to your account with us.
  • If you would like to exchange the product, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible and email you with your tracking number. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you with the date it is expected to be back in stock.
  • We strive to keep return and exchange process as easy as possible for all of us. We will ask you to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if it’s our fault, the return shipping is on us! Just email us.
