Coffee Rum Horchata: For our take on Horchata, the traditional rice milk and cinnamon drink from Mexico, we start with an agave-based caramel, blend it with our own homemade Horchata, and finish it off with Below Deck Coffee Rum from Portland’s Eastside Distilling. The result is a rich, warm, complex flavor that unfolds throughout every bite.

Vanilla Bean: A vanilla lover’s dream! This light, golden brown caramel is dappled throughout with vanilla bean flecks and topped with vanilla bean-infused sea salt, creating a sumptuously-layered vanilla flavor unlike any other.

Velvet Chocolate: There is no union more perfect than the melding of caramel and chocolate. One Fork Farm has joined forces with Woodblock Chocolate, Portland’s premier “bean to bar” chocolate manufactory, to bring you this rich, decadent, chocolate infusion. As always, we use only the finest Willamette Valley ingredients and cut and wrap every piece by hand.
