This is a beautiful Bath and Foot Soak to help you relax your body and mind. It's perfect for helping to ease stressful thoughts after a long day, muscle tension from exercise or to encourage a good night's sleep. Unlike a lot of bath soaks, this does not contain any oil or clays and will not leave your tub slick or with a chalky residue. The blend of salts are very fine so will dissolve easily in water without any graininess. The soak can be used as a bath or foot soak.
The aroma was inspired by Nantucket beach walks... salt air and roses. One customer described it as "perfection" and I couldn't agree more.
About
- Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) and Dead Sea Salt (Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium Chloride) to help ease muscle tension.
- Himalayan salt helps to gently exfoliate and revitalize skin.
- Colloidal oatmeal helps soothe and replenish the skin's natural oils along with Cassava powder.
- A beautifully soft, subtle rose aroma made with a blend of Organic Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Rose Geranium and Vetiver essential oils.
- Soak comes in an 8 oz jar which is enough for four bath soaks or sixteen foot soaks.
How to Use: Pour a 1/4 of jar into a warm bath right after filling, or add one tablespoon to a large bowl for a luxurious foot soak. Enjoy for up to 20 minutes. Before emerging from tub gently exfoliate any layers of dead skin by using a face cloth or sponge all along your body.
For a luxurious foot bath, gently exfoliate feet with pumice or nail brush after soaking feet for 15 minutes. Dry feet and apply my Nourishing Body Oil or your favorite moisturizer before slipping feet into socks.
Tip! For a full spa experience and for super soft skin, follow with a shower and my Nourishing Body Oil. And for those of you that meditate, a foot bath is a wonderful and deeply relaxing addition to your practice.
